The tattooed couple Kat Von D and Jesse James couldn't make their relationship last long like their permanent body art. "I am not in a relationship," Kat Von D wrote on her Facebook page Saturday, when it has hardly been a month since they announced their getting back together after calling off their engagement in July.

However, Kat Von D understands how confused people could be about the whole deal, which is why she has apologized. "And I apologize for all the "back and forth" if it's caused any confusion."
The tattoo artist has shunned rumors about her relocating to Texas, where James is based in. "I am not in any way moving to Texas," Kat Von D wrote. "I am not opening up another tattoo shop. And I am not leaving my shop here in Los Angeles, High Voltage Tattoo."
Though Kat wouldn't have a reality show of her own, after the cancellation of "LA Ink," she said she is "in no way retiring, "and that her "tattoo shop is not closing, and is open for business like always!"
