Miley Cyrus has had a fifth tattoo added to her collection. The former Hannah Montana star has had a dream catcher 'to protect' sister Brandi, 23, and brothers Trace, 21, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11, tattooed on to the side of her body. A friend of the 18-year-old told People, 'It's a picture of the dream catcher that hangs over her bed with four feathers to represent her four brothers and sisters. The dream catcher is to protect them.'

The Can't Be Tamed singer also has a heart and a small cross on her fingers, the word 'love' on her ear and the phrase 'just breathe' on her rib cage in remembrance of a friend who died of cystic fibrosis. 'All of Miley's tattoos have a deep meaning to her,' the source added. 'They all represent family and friends close to her.'
