nvestigators said David Anthony Burton, 19, of Dalton, along with two other men, threatened a teenager with a gun and ordered him to get into their vehicle. When the teen refused, police said Burton grabbed him and pulled him into the car. The teen managed to escape. Police said the incident was connected to a fight that occurred the day before.

Burton is described as a Hispanic man, standing about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighting roughly 210 pounds. Burton has multiple tattoos, with the most distinctive being a tattoo of the name “Belinda” in cursive writing across the right side of his neck. He also has a tattoo of a woman’s face on the front of his left shoulder. Burton is wanted on warrants for aggravated assault, kidnapping and violation of the Georgia Gang Act.
